Golf
As beautiful as it is challenging, the par 72, 18-hole golf course immerses you in the majesty of the mountaintop setting. Host a golf outing for your team or help your kids learn the game at Junior Golf Camp.
Spa
Relax and rejuvenate at Trillium Spa. When your feet ache from a day of outdoor exploration, treat them to a pedicure. Need more? Experience complete relaxation with a massage. The spa also offers facials and body treatments.
Hiking
When you stay at your Hidden Valley Getaway, you’re practically surrounded by state parks that offer an abundance of spring, summer, and autumn outdoor hiking adventures. Both of our Getaways are a short distance from the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail.
Biking
Want to get off your feet for a while? Take a mountain bike through the trails that vary in difficulty from beginner to expert. Hit 15 miles of easy to difficult trails on foot or mountain bike.
Winter Sports
With 26 slopes and trails as well as two terrain parks, Hidden Valley has skiing and snowboarding for all skill levels. Take total novices to a private or group skiing or snowboarding lesson at Snowsports School, or forgo skill entirely and take a plunge down the mountain in a snow tube. Nine lifts take you back up the mountain, so you can maximize your thrill seeking time.

Ohiopyle State Park
The gateway to the Laurel Mountains,
Ohiopyle offers adventures on land, water, and ropes. You can find some of Western PA’s best kayaking and whitewater rafting on the Youghiogheny River, as well as gentle rapids for a family river trip. Speaking of the kids, they’ll love the
Zip Line Adventure Park and learning the basics rock climbing. Experienced climbers will also find several challenging climbing areas in the park.
Idlewild & Soakzone
It’s been named one of the best children’s amusement parks for a reason: kids love this place.
Idlewild has been in operation since the 1870s, and the park is a perfect blend of new and classic rides. Soakzone is a full water park with slides, a children’s pool, a wave pool, and a lazy river.
Great Allegheny Passage
150 miles of biking and hiking are yours for the exploring. You don’t have to pass through all of them to enjoy an adventure on the
Great Allegheny Passage. Just taking part of the afternoon during your Hidden Valley getaway will immerse you in the trail’s famous scenery.
Historic Monuments
The actions of the 40 passengers and crew on Flight 93 on September 11, 2001 saved countless lives. At the
Flight 93 Memorial, you can learn about who they were and their heroic actions that day. Also in the area is the
Quecreek Mine Rescue Site where you hear the story of what is considered a "miracle" rescue of nine miners.
